Anwyl Land are promoting land north of Chester Road, adjacent to Helsby, which is currently designated as Green Belt.

The site will be promoted through Cheshire West and Chester’s Local Plan Review, with the aim of securing an allocation for residential development.

If released from the Green Belt the site will be immediately brought forward for development in partnership with a national or regional house builder.
